Information may be shared only with affiliates for the express purpose of fulfilling your contract and will be done only after your approval.

SUPPORT POLICY

Our support team is responsible for the default configurations of our servers. Requests for changes to the default configuration of the web server to add or delete features, change passwords or perform other maintenance tasks as requested by the customer will be charged our regular hourly programming rates.

For all issues related to web design, scripting, graphics, programming and databases, please contact us for a cost estimate. Our web development team is available for programming, and debugging, at your request in our regular hourly programming rates. If the issue is found to be our fault, we will fix it without charge.
